ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of miRNA-15a in patients with prostate cancer.Methods:From January 2014 to January 2015,Gene expression of MiRNA-15a were examined in 36 serum and tumor tissue samples from prostate cancer ,40 benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH) and 40 health volunteers ,which examined by quantitative Real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).Results: The serum expression of miRNA-15a were (0.193±0.081),(0.359±0.04) and (0.376± 0.037 ) in patients with prostate cancer ,benign prostatic hyperplasia and healthy controls respectively .miRNA-15 a expression was sig-nificantly lower in BPH and healthy controls than patients with prostate cancer (P0.05).Serum miRNA-15a expression in patients with prostate cancer at different expression levels PSA , Gleason score,clinical stage,the difference between the presence of distant metastasis was statistically significant (P0.05);Prostate cancer tumor tissue expression and PSA expression levels of miRNA-15a,Gleason score,clinical stage,presence of distant metastasis was statistically significant difference between (P0.05).Conclusion:Low expression of miRNA-15a may be contributed in the development of prostate cancer ,and the expression levels miRNA-15a may be considered potential novel biomarkers for the diagnosis of prostate cancer .
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the Troponin I(cTnI) ,myoglobin(MYO) and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK‐MB) in early di‐agnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) ,and compare their significance in the diagnosis of AMI .Methods used chemilumines‐cence method in 126 patients with AMI and 82 cases of myocardial infarction group to test cTnI ,MYO and CK‐MB ,the results were compared .Results The cTnI ,MYO ,CK‐MB quality appear time and peak time was different ,in patients with acute myocardial in‐farction(cTnI ,MYO and CK‐MB joint detection sensitivity ,specificity ,negative predictive value ,positive predictive value was higher than single test .Conclusion cTnI ,MYO and CK‐MB joint detection is helpful to early diagnosis of AMI .
ABSTRACT
Eestablishing a scientific supervision system is essential to achieve a better environment for teaching and learning and improve teaching quality in medical college.We took undergraduate education evaluation as an important supervising subject and made a scientific evaluation program for teaching,learning,and testing,based on specific features of medical college.The practice of the program proves to be successful.We present the main contents in this article.
